Refunds
All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase except for if the product has been damaged or an incorrect product has been sent. If this is the case, please email safeeyahacademy@hotmail.com with your order number and more information regarding your order and this will be dealt with.
We only offer exchanges on faulty or damaged items.
Turnaround Times:
Your order will be subject to a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks for non-personalised items.
Personalised items can take up to 3 weeks to be dispatched.
